Physical Security: Our premises are manned 24/7 with security personnel. Biometrics access screening and Closed Circuit (CCTV) have been installed across the premise which is continuously monitored by the security personnel. Access to the servers has an additional layer of access restrictions and can be accessed by authorized personnel only.

Technology: We use Cisco Routers for the connectivity. Cisco and Sonic wall firewalls ensure that the network is protected and handle multiple encrypted VPN's. Dell and IBM Servers ensure optimal performance.

Connectivity: We work with more than one Internet Service Providers (ISP) for our Internet connectivity. This ensures redundancy if there is a failure of connectivity at one ISP. Sufficient Internet bandwidth has been made available to prevent congestion. Encryption is used for connectivity between our office and the clients office.

Security: Various steps have been taken to ensure data protection and network security. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements, which are legally binding formal agreements. Individual employee login for accessing the systems. Antivirus Protection.

Network Security: Folder level security access in the Servers ensures availability of data only to the resources that need to have access to it. USB ports are disabled to ensure external media such as pen drives are not used to copy data. Internet access is restricted. Anti-virus software are configured for Automatic Updation.

Power Backup: We have installed UPS to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the event of power disruption. Standby generators are also installed to further guarantee consistent operations.
