Iron Triton Registration Open

Description: Participants will have 5 weeks to complete the distance of a full Ironman. Each participant will be responsible for tracking their own distance through a Google Sheet that will be sent via email. Registration: Participants must register at the Welcome Desk in the Recreation and Wellness Center. Registration is $10 a person and includes an IronTriton T-shirt. Registration will open on February 1st.

Lip Sync Competition

7pm , JC Penney Auditorium

Lip Sync is a performance-based competition for any team or organization wishing to participate. Teams of up to 10 will choreograph a dance and skit performance of up to 8 minutes. All king and Queen candidates are required to create their own performance for the competition.

A singer/songwriter, Gregory Porter composes socially conscious songs and performs them with such a rich depth of talent that each of his first three albums were Grammy-nominated, garnering a win in 2014 for Best Jazz Vocal Album, Liquid Spirit.

Delta Zeta Hoops for Hearing 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Mark Twain Gymnasium

Come support Delta Zeta’s philanthropy, speech and hearing, during the UMSL women’s and men’s basketball games! We will be holding a fundraiser where we will sell numbered mini basketballs for $5 each. Then, we will hold a raffle during halftime of the men’s basketball game in which multiple winners will receive awesome prizes, including one grand prize winner! All proceeds will benefit The Starkey Hearing Foundation.

If you’re interested in becoming a Personal Trainer, then this course is for you. This 8 week course will include lectures discussing basic anatomy and physiology and provide you with hands on experience necessary for training clients. Description: Participants will have 5 weeks to complete the distance of a full Ironman. Each participant will be responsible for tracking their own distance through a Google Sheet that will be sent via email. Rules: 1. You must be a member of the RWC in order to participate in this challenge. 2. Participants will be sent an IronTriton log via email and will update their own distances. (Or we can print some logs to give to them) 3. The challenge will begin February 15th and will end March 18th at 10pm. 4. If participants complete the challenge by March 18th at 10pm, they will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes. Goals: Participants will need to complete the following distances: Swim= 2.4 miles Bike= 112 miles Run= 26.2 mile APPROVED

platinum selling record and full length motion picture. Now, in celebration of its 50th anniversary, folk icon Arlo Guthrie will perform “The Alice’s Restaurant Massacree” in its entirety.

About Spinning® Instructor Training Our comprehensive one-day training, led by a Spinning Master Instructor, prepares you for the online Spinning Instructor Exam and provides you with the knowledge and skills to become a dynamic indoor cycling leader.
