Do Well By Doing Good: Making Money While Making the World Better by Julie Rettinger • Level: I, II, III • Focus: S, L In this workshop, you’ll get a good understanding of social enterprises, where forprofit business principles meet notforprofit sensibilities. You’ll learn about specific social enterprises that are making a difference, then have the opportunity to think about how to design your own social enterprise. Students with an interest in community engagement, business, or both will find this workshop interesting.

The Leadership Transition by Dr. Golda Eldridge • Level: II, III • Focus: L, R Smooth leadership transitions don’t happen through magic. They take planning, thought and commitment by old and new leaders to succeed. This workshop focuses on the processes necessary to ensure a smooth and effective transition in any organization.
