All of our schools—elementary, middle, and high—are aimed at closing the achievement gap and preparing 100% of our students to enter, succeed in, and graduate from college. We are offering Uncommon instructional and operations fellowships for those who want to join us and lead outstanding schools. Our fellowships are paid, full-time positions within Uncommon Schools. Individuals work as fellows for 12 months prior to assuming one of the following positions within the organization: • As an instructional or operations leader at a new Uncommon school; • As an instructional or operations leader at an existing Uncommon school to support a leadership transition; • As an instructional or operations leader at an existing Uncommon school to support school growth
