THE FINAL PUSH
AN APPEAL TO ALL
Our proposed Sports Centre: the missing link in Cothill’s facilities.
CONFIDENCE IN THE FUTURE
In 2020 Cothill House celebrated its 150th anniversary. We had planned a year of celebrations. Covid put paid to that. But nothing has stopped us pressing on with the other way we intended to mark this major milestone for Cothill.
the pandemic, we have already managed to raise £5.4M.
Over the last year, we have been fundraising towards the most ambitious development the school has ever undertaken – a facility that says a great deal about Cothill’s confidence in the future and its place as a leading prep school.
With our target now tantalising close, we are calling on everyone who loves Cothill to help us close the funding gap so we can make this dream a reality.
The Cothill Sports Centre has been my dream for many years. Now this £6M project is closer than ever to becoming a reality because, despite
The fact that so many people have given so generously over such a difficult time says a lot about the goodwill towards the school.
Duncan Bailey Headmaster
We are tantalisingly close.
THE PROJECT The new Sports Centre will have a large main hall, a second smaller hall, a squash court and an indoor climbing wall as well as new changing facilities and increased storage space. Our current indoor area for sport has a stage that takes up much of the usable floor space and is neither the appropriate size nor the right height for even the most common sports, including badminton and indoor football.
