How can civil society organizations become leaders in their communities and regions? What do public activists need to know to strengthen their influence in relation with the authorities? As a non-profit organization, how can they achieve financial sustainability?
A guide called “Demystifying organizational development”, features a full cycle of the processes of organizational development in accordance with the UNDP approach in Ukraine.
The guide compiles successful experiences from 9 public organizations, applying this approach to become organizational development leaders ("hubs"). Today, these 9 organizations (Civil Society Hubs ) are powerful resource centres for other non-governmental organizations in regions that actively work with local government and reaching financial sustainability.
