The Rada for Europe project will support the VRU to serve as a model and driving force for governance reform, by producing enhanced quality legislation, and effectively monitoring its implementation, in line with its Constitutional mandate, and with a special focus on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The Rada for Europe project will underpin implementation of the reform recommendations of the European Parliament - VRU joint Needs Assessment Mission.

Activities of the Communication Plan are implemented and at least 2 pilot communication campaigns are conducted by the VRU, in Kyiv and in regions of Ukraine.
