UCSD 5th Annual Research Showcase The UCSD Student Research Showcase is an annual event which provides a unique opportunity for final year degree students to share their research through presentations and posters that has been conducted over the past academic year, In addition to presentations from keynote industry and academic staff on their specialisms. As a key value of Higher Education, many of our degree programmes offer students the opportunity to undertake first-hand research activity, so it is right that we provide a platform for their discoveries to be shared. The 5th Research showcase will take place from 8th – 11th May 2018. The event is divided into eight distinct showcases representing the expansive range of programmes on offer at UCSD. The structure for this year’s showcase is: Tuesday 8th May:  
