Futurewood Pty Ltd specialises in eco-friendly timber-alternative products that have a unique timber-look and off er signifi cant value through a range of outstanding features and benefi ts. A viable alternative to timber, Futurewood's composite products are low maintenance, sustainable, splinter-free, and rot- and termite-resistant. They won’t split, cup or warp, and there is no sap or tannin bleed. Concealed fi xing options are available on all decking and weatherproof cladding products to ensure a clean fi nish.

PRODUCTS

CleverDeck Eco-Pro, Original and Xtreme CleverDeck solid timber-composite decking is available in three product ranges: Eco-Pro, Original and Xtreme. Each range off ers quality composite decking that is low maintenance and termite-, rot- and slip-resistant. CleverDeck Eco-Pro and Original is supplied in a standard 138mm x 23mm x 5400mm-long board. Eco-Pro is a single-sided board with a scalloped back to reduce weight and improve air fl ow over the joists. Original is a traditional, double-sided solid board. Both boards have a coarse sanded fi nish. CleverDeck Eco-Pro is supplied in two colours; Hamptons Grey and Baked Earth. CleverDeck Original is supplied in fi ve designer colours: Chocolate, Mahogany, Slate Grey, Walnut and Weathered Stone. Other custom-made sizes, including 86mm and 184mm wide boards with a range of additional colours and fi nishes, are available upon request. CleverDeck Xtreme decking is supplied in either a 138mm-wide or a 185mm-wide board. Both boards are 23mm thick and 5400mm long. CleverDeck Xtreme is a co-extruded timber-composite product, made with a traditional composite-timber core that is fully capped with a virgin polymer blend. The hard outer shell of Xtreme decking off ers greater scratch resistance, is virtually waterproof, is easy to clean and comes in a range of seven vibrant, blended colours with a high level of fade resistance. Colours include Rustic Merbau, Limestone Grey, Basalt, Ash Grey, Graphite, Desert Oak and Riverstone Grey. EnviroSlat EnviroSlat solid composite-timber fencing/screening is stocked in a 70mm x 15mm x 5400mm-long solid board, a 40mm x 30mm x 5400mm-long solid board and a 60mm x 40mm x 5400mm-long solid board. The stocked sizes are available in a range of colours. EnviroSlat weatherproof cladding is supplied in a 156mm x 21mm x 4m-long board in the colour Slate Grey. A selection of additional EnviroSlat sizes, colours and fi nishes are available as custom-made options upon request. Custom Profi les Other custom-made architectural profi les are available in a range of colours and fi nishes for use in street furniture, shade structures, facades, feature walls, fencing and more.

COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE

All CleverDeck and EnviroSlat products are wood-plastic composite (WPC), made from recycled plastic, wood fl our and rice husks. Xtreme capped boards include a skin of virgin polymers wrapped around a recycled composite timber core. The concealed-fi x deck fi xing system consists of four diff erent types of stainless steel and plastic clips with blackened stainless-steel screws for fi xing to either timber or steel joists. All products can be supplied in either pack lots or job lots.
