Von April 1968 an zogen alle Charterfluggesellschaften von Tempelhof nach Tegel um, da Tempelhof das stetig wachsende Passagieraufkommen nicht mehr bewältigen konnte. Heute steht Tegel vor der gleichen Situation, wartet und wartet, doch schlägt sich tapfer, professionell und wächst über sich hinaus. Diese Leistung erkennen wir an und drücken mit der Tegel-Kollektion unsere Verbindung zu einem einmaligen Flughafen aus. The ASKANIA line ‘BREMEN’ is reviving the spirit of the three courageous pioneers who crossed the Atlantic for the first time from East to West on a non-stop flight on April 12, 1928. 80 years after this spectacular flight we present the limited edition of this timepiece. All have in common a distinguishing dial in the design of the legendary ASKANIA compass used by Koehl, von Huenefeld and Fitzmaurice.
