The University of Bedfordshire is a regional and national gateway to business support services. By working with business, the public sector and social enterprises, the University helps organisations to grow and develop their business and their staff. An important part of the University’s work surrounds its offer of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The University offers both accredited and non-accredited training products including internationally recognised qualifications and bespoke workshops. These are delivered by industry experts who share their wealth of knowledge and experience with delegates. Selex ES, which has 1,000 employees at its Capability Green site, invited the University to propose a programme of activities for high-performing staff on the theme of ‘creativity and innovation’. The facilities aim to help stimulate the learning process within a high quality, flexible rooms with modern AV equipment, interactive projectors and SMART monitors. All courses can also be delivered at client’s premises. Luton Campus: 30 miles north of London, boasts superb road, rail and air links. • Luton is just off M1 at junction 10, northbound and junction 11, southbound. • Luton railway station is a five-minute walk from the campus and served by trains from London St Pancras International and Bedford stations. • London Luton Airport is three miles away and has easy access by taxi or airport bus. • Excellend coach connections nationwide.
University Campus Milton Keynes: 54 miles from London and is served by great road and rail links. • Conveniently located on the M1 at junction 13, northbound and junction 14, southbound and the West Coast Main Line with easy access into London • Rail connections are maintained by Virgin and London Midland • Coach services to many cities can be taken from either the train station, town centre or the Coachway.
