Torsion Control System FR Le Torsion Control System® permet le mouvement latéral et longitudinal de la cheville dans la limite de sa physiologie, en empêchant toute torsion excessive, et en evitant ainsi le risque de fracture de l’articulation. Le Torsion Control System® Carbon Tech est une évolution du système T.C.S.® caractérisée par l’introduction de la fibre de carbone. Les principaux avantages obtenus sont les suivants: une réduction du poids total de la botte, une augmentation du contrôle mécanique des mouvements de la cheville et de la jambe, une amélioration de la résistance en cas de choc. Le nouveau point d’articulation supérieur améliore en outre la flexibilité de la botte, augmente la protection au niveau du mollet et du tibia et garantit un contrôle plus précis des mouvements latéraux et longitudinaux de la cheville.

GB The Torsion Control System® allows lateral and longitudinal movement of the ankle within its physiological limits, preventing excessive torsion and the risk of joint fracture. The Carbon Tech Torsion Control System® is an evolution of the T.C.S® system featuring the introduction of carbon fibre. Its main advantages are a reduction in the overall weight of the boot, greater mechanical control of the ankle and leg and improved resistance in the event of impact.The new upper joint also improves boot flexibility, increases shin and calf protection and ensures more precise control of lateral and longitudinal ankle movement.

ES El Torsion Control System® permite el movimiento lateral y longitudinal del tobillo dentro de sus límites fisiológicos y, de esta forma, impide su excesiva torsión y previene el riesgo de fractura de la articulación. El Torsion Control System® Carbon Tech, es una evolución del sistema T.C.S.® caracterizado por la introducción de la fibra de carbono. Las principales ventajas obtenidas son: una reducción del peso global de la bota, un aumento del control mecánico de los movimientos del tobillo y de la pierna, una mejora de la resistencia en caso de impacto. El nuevo punto de articulación superior mejora, además, la flexibilidad de la bota, aumenta la protección a nivel de la pantorrilla y la tibia, garantiza un control de los movimientos laterales y longitudinales del tobillo más preciso.

Il Torsion Control System® Carbon Tech, è un’evoluzione del sistema T.C.S.® caratterizzata dall’introduzione della fibra di carbonio. I principali vantaggi ottenuti sono: una riduzione del peso complessivo dello stivale, un aumento del controllo meccanico dei movimenti della caviglia e della gamba, un miglioramento della resistenza in caso d’urto. Il nuovo punto di snodo superiore inoltre migliora la flessibilità dello stivale, aumenta la protezione a livello di polpaccio e tibia, garantisce un più preciso controllo dei movimenti laterali e longitudinali della caviglia.

Metatarsal Control System

IT Il sistema M.C.S.® ha un design e una funzionalità ancora maggiore grazie alla nuova protezione laterale che evita l’usura della vite di fissaggio. Il sistema previene le eccessive flessioni, verso l’alto o verso il basso, della zona del metatarso, tramite due punti di arresto programmati sulla struttura in poliuretano che funge anche da attacco per lo slider in lega di alluminio, facilmente intercambiabile grazie ad un comodo sistema a viti protette.

FR Le système M.C.S.® présente un design et une fonctionnalité supérieurs grâce à la nouvelle protection latérale qui évite l’usure des vis de fixation. Le système prévient les flexions excessives, vers le haut ou vers le bas, de la zone du métatarse, à l’aide de deux points d’arrêt programmés sur la structure en polyuréthane qui sert aussi de fixation pour le slider en alliage d’aluminium. Ce dernier est facilement interchangeable grâce à un système pratique à vis protégées.

GB The M.C.S.® system offers even greater design and functionality through a new side protection that prevents the fastening screw from wearing out. The system has been designed to prevent excessive bending upwards or downwards in the metatarsal area via the use of two pre-planned stopping points. The system is equipped with an aluminium alloy slider that is resistant wear and easily interchangeable due to a convenient system with protected screws.

ES El sistema M.C.S.® presenta un diseño y una funcionalidad todavía mayor gracias a la nueva protección lateral que evita el desgaste del tornillo de fijación. El sistema previene las excesivas flexiones, hacia arriba y hacia abajo, de la zona del metatarso, mediante dos puntos de tope programados en la estructura en poliuretano que también hace las veces de enganche para el slider en aleación de aluminio, fácilmente intercambiable gracias a un cómodo sistema de tornillos protegidos.

Torsion Control System IT Il Torsion Control System® nella versione offroad è composto da 3 elementi rigidi uniti l’uno con l’altro mediante appendici che scorrono all’interno di apposite tasche. Lo scorrimento avanti/indietro è assicurato da 2 punti di flessione posteriori; il movimento laterale si basa su 4 punti che ne impediscono l’eccessiva torsione oltre i limiti naturali, preservando il piede del pilota da possibili traumi. Il sistema T.C.S.®, grazie alla sua particolare struttura, consente sin dal primo utilizzo la flessione del piede senza le fastidiose deformazioni dei materiali, tipiche degli stivali tradizionali. GB The off-road Torsion Control System® has three rigid elements joined together by lugs that slide inside special pockets. Backwards and forwards sliding is ensured by two rear flexion points, while the sideways movement is based on two points that prevent excessive torsion beyond natural limits and protect the rider’s foot from injury. The special system’s design allows normal bending movement of the foot without the annoying deformation of materials used typically for traditional boots.

FR Dans sa version tout-terrain, le Torsion Control System® est composé de 3 éléments rigides unis les uns aux autres par l’intermédiaire d’appendices qui glissent à l’intérieur de poches spéciales. Le glissement en avant / en arrière est assuré par 2 points de flexion postérieurs; le mouvement latéral se base sur 4 points qui empêchent une torsion excessive au-delà des limites naturelles, en préservant le pied du pilote de traumatismes possibles. La particularité du système T.C.S.® est d’assurer la flexion normale du pied sans les déformations gênantes des matériaux typiques utilisés pour la fabrication des bottes traditionnelles. Il sistema Fasten Fit Control funziona in sinergia con il Precise Air Fit System in modo da offrire un confort superiore e vestibilità regolabile secondo l’anatomia del piede di ogni singolo individuo. GB Internal fastening system that features long lasting laces that are joined to the boot lining. It ensures that the upper wraps the foot, providing maximum fit precision and sensitivity while riding. The Fasten Fit Control system works in synergy with the Precise Air Fit System to offer a superior comfort and an adjustable fit according to the riders’ individual foot anatomy.

Precise Air Fit System

IT Con questo sistema di regolazione della calzata il Centro di Ricerca & Sviluppo TCX® ha trovato la soluzione ideale per conferire un confort ottimale ad ogni pilota, perché il sistema è in grado di adattarsi ad ogni conformazione anatomica. Esso è costituito da una vera e propria camera d’aria in poliuretano antibatterico e anallergico che, grazie a una pompa inserita nella parte alta del gambetto può variare il suo volume. La camera d’aria è suddivisa in zone a spessore differenziato, studiate per seguire al meglio la conformazione del collo del piede e della tibia una volta gonfiate. Tramite la pompa è dunque possibile gonfiare progressivamente la camera d’aria, regolando la pressione sul piede e ottimizzando così la calzata. Una valvola di sfiato in ottone e acciaio, infine, permette una regolazione fine e il completo sgonfiaggio della camera d’aria, in modo da facilitare lo sfilamento dello stivale alla fine del suo utilizzo.

FR Avec ce système de réglage de la propriété chaussante, le Centre de Recherche et de Développement TCX® a trouvé la solution idéale pour offrir un confort optimal à tous les pilotes. En effet, ce système est capable de s’adapter à toute conformation anatomique. Le système est constitué d’une véritable chambre à air en polyuréthane antibactérien et anallergique qui, grâce à une pompe insérée dans la partie haute de la tige, peut varier en volume. La chambre à air est subdivisée en zones d’épaisseur spécifiques, étudiées pour suivre au mieux la conformation du cou-de-pied et du tibia une fois gonflée. Grâce à la pompe, il est donc possible de gonfler progressivement la chambre à air, en réglant la pression sur le pied et en optimisant ainsi la propriété chaussante. Un purgeur en laiton et en acier, enfin, permet un réglage précis et un dégonflage total de la chambre à air, de façon à faciliter le retrait de la botte à la fin de son utilisation.

GB Through this boot adjustment system the TCX ® Centre for Research and Development has found the perfect solution for granting every rider excellent comfort as the system is able to adapt to any foot shape. The system comprises an air chamber made from antibacterial, antiallergenic polyurethane that allows you to vary the volume through a pump inserted in the top part of the boot. The air chamber is divided into areas of differing thicknesses, designed to follow the shape of the instep and shank in the best possible way once inflated. Therefore, using this pump it is possible to gradually inflate the air chamber, adjusting pressure on the foot and therefore optimising the fit. Finally, a brass and steel air valve allows fine adjustment and full deflation of the air chamber to make it easier to pull the boot off when you have finished using it.

ES Con este sistema de regulación del ajuste, el Centro de Investigación & Desarrollo TCX® ha encontrado la solución ideal para proporcionar una comodidad excelente a cada piloto, porque el sistema es capaz de adaptarse a cualquier complexión anatómica. El sistema consta de una cámara de aire real en poliuretano antibacteriano y antialérgico que, gracias a una bomba situada en la parte alta de la pala puede variar su volumen. La cámara de aire está dividida en zonas de diverso espesor, estudiadas para seguir de la mejor forma posible la complexión de la línea del empeine y de la tibia cuando se hinchan. Mediante la bomba es posible hinchar de forma progresiva la cámara de aire, regulando la presión sobre el pie y optimizando de esta forma el ajuste. Una válvula de escape de latón y acero permite una regulación precisa y el deshinchado completo de la cámara de aire, que facilita el proceso de quitarse la bota al final de su utilización.

These shapes vary depending on the particular intended use of the product. SOLE construction IT La suola, dal look fashion, è stata progettata per offrire massimo comfort e protezione grazie alla sua particolare struttura a 4 livelli composta da: sottopiede antibatterico e removibile, inserto in EVA che permette l’assorbimento delle vibrazioni e da un sottopiede di montaggio in materiale termoplastico. La suola è in gomma resistente all’usura, con battistrada a zone di grip differenziate e dotata di tacco alto 2,7 cm.
