‘Miss Te
Terry Russell was born December 1934 in the settlement of Lowe Sound, Andros to the parentage of Prince and Pearl Russell. Miss Terry as she was affectionately called was loved by all who came in contact with her. She was a gifted cook and was well known for her delicious dumpling soup. Throughout her adult life, Miss Terry was employed in the hospitality industry, namely the Balmoral Hotel and Buena Vista Hotel. After her years working in Hotels, she gained employment at Sandilands Hospital, where she remained until her retirement. In February of this year she developed numerous health challenges. However, her challenges did not deter her from daily reading the word of God and spending time in prayer. Miss Terry unquestionably loved her God. Throughout her illness she was cared for by her Grandson Jermaine; who loved her dearly and would do anything for his Grammy. On February 26th, she peacefully answered the call of the LORD to come home and take her rest. As a family and benefactors of her love, kindness and wisdom we thank GOD for lending Miss Terry to us for 87 years, To GOD be the Glory! INVOCATIONAL SONG………………………..…………………........…………....……“’Tis So Sweet To Trust In Jesus” T’is so sweet to trust in Jesus, Just to take him at his word, Just to rest upon His Promise, Just to know, “Thus saidth the Lord.”
Chorus: Jesus, Jesus how I trust him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er Jesus, Jesus precious Jesus! Oh for grace to trust Him more!
How I love to trust in Jesus, Yes I’ve learned to trust in Jesus, Just to trust His cleansing blood, And from sin and self to cease, Just in simple faith to plunge me Now from Jesus simply taking ‘Neath the healing, cleansing flood! Life and rest and joy and peace. I’m so glad I learned to trust Him, Precious Jesus, Saviour friend; And I know that He is with me, He’ll be with me to the end. OLD TESTAMENT READING ………………………… PSALM 91 ………..…………………. Rev. Sabrina Moss (Niece) SOLO ………………………………………………………………………………………..………… Genevee Knowles (Niece) CONGRGATIONAL HYMN …………………………………………….………. “ There is a Fountain Filled with Blood” There is a fountain filled with blood, Drawn from Emmanuel’s veins, And sinners plunged beneath the flood, Lose all their guilty stains.
The dying thief rejoice to see That fountain in his day; And there may I, as vile as he, Wash all my sins away
How I love to trust in Jesus, Just to trust His cleansing blood, Just in simple faith to plunge me ‘Neath the healing, cleansing flood!
Dear dying Lamb! Thy precious blood Shall never lose it’s power, Till all the ransomed Church of God Be saved, to sin no more
Then, in a nobler, sweeter song, I’ll sing Thy power to save, When this poor lisping, Stammering tongue, Lies silent in the grave.
E’er since, by faith, I saw the stream Thy flowing wounds supply, Redeeming love has been my theme, And shall be till I die.

Minister RECESSIONAL HYMN …………………………………………………………………………………….“It’s Alright Now” There was a time I travelled A lonely sinful road Beneath a heavy burden bending low But now all things are different For Jesus took my load It’s alright now I’m His I know
Chorus: It’s alright now for I am in my Saviors care. It’s alright now my Savior hears and answers prayers He’ll walk beside me ‘til I climb the heavenly stair And everything is alright now
No more in sin I wander A-down a lonely pathway No more in darkness roam Without a friend to guide The Lord has placed my feet on higher ground I walked in sin a sorrow all alone Each day new heights I’m gaining ‘Til Jesus came and found me My soul is nearing home And drew me to his side It’s alright now I’m heaven bound. It’s alright now for I’m His own READING FROM GOD’S WOIRD ………………………………….…………………………………….……….. Minister HYMN ..................................................................................................................................................................... “Farter Along” Chorus: Tempted and tried will odt’ me to wonder Farther along we’ll know more about it. Why it should be thus all the day long; Farter along we’ll understand why; While there are others living about us, Cheer up my brother live in the sunshine Never molested, though in the wrong. We’ll understand it all by and by. When death has come and taken our loved ones Leaving our home so lonely and drear: Then do we wonder, how others prosper Living so wicked year after year
Often I wonder why I must journey Over a road so rugged and steep; While there are others living in comfort, While with the lost I labor and weep.
Faithful ‘til death, said our loving Master, A few more days labor and wait; Toils of the road will then be as nothing, As we sweep through the beautiful gates.
When we see Jesu, coming in glory; When He comes home form His home in the sky; The we shall meet him in that bright mansion. We’ll understand it all by and by.

BENEDICTION …………………………………………………………………………………………….…………. Minister CLOSING SONG ………………………………………………………………………………………… “Heaven’s Jubilee” Some glad morning we shall see, Jesus in the air Coming after you and me, joy is ours to share What rejoicing there will be, when the saints shall rise Headed for that jubilee, yonder in the skies Seems that now I almost see, all the sainted dead Rising for that jubilee, that is just ahead In the twinkling of an eye, changed with them to be All the living saints to fly, to that jubilee.
Chorus: Oh what singing, oh what shouting On that happy morning when we all shall rise Oh what glory, Hallelujah When we meet our blessed Savior in the skies When with all the heavenly host, we begin to sing, Singing in the Holy Ghost, how the heavens will ring, Millions there will join the song, with them we shall be, Praising Christ through ages long, Heaven’s Jubilee.
