Libraries The university library system is organised in 5 different locations. The services are not just limited to accessing items and book borrowing, but also include: referrals, internet access, assistance, photocopying service, new books, acquisition proposals, facilities for sight-disabled users. The central library is open until 11.30 pm during the week.
Language Centre The Language Centre – CLA organises English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese courses, as well as courses in Italian as a second language. The courses are held by qualified, native-speaker teachers. Courses are divided into three kinds: extensive and evening courses; extensive blended courses; intensive courses.
Rewarding excellence: Collegio «Bernardo Clesio» The hall of residence «Bernardo Clesio» was founded in 2010 in the historical centre of Trento. Selected candidates who gain admission to the Collegio are granted free accommodation for the entire study period, if they continue to meet the required merit criteria. The Collegio offers a dynamic university environment, rich in relations and cultural initiatives.
Leisure time Trentino offers the ideal natural framework for sports lovers who enjoy the great outdoors: mountaineering, trekking, sailing, as well as skiing in winter. The land is a treasure-trove of arts, history, culture and traditions represented by its monuments, exhibitions and museums (MART and MUSE).
UNI.Sport Practising sports at University is not just considered a way to feel good and have fun, but it is also an opportunity to learn and develop research activities. Uni.Sport, the University of Trento sports network, organises over 35 courses in fitness, wellness, individual and team sports, with competitions and events all year round.
UNI.Sport - TOPSport
programme
The TOPSport programme is a project started in 2011 for professional athletes, who wish to pursue both a sport and a university career. The programme offers students the appropriate support and a degree of flexibility in their study plans, thus representing an ideal solution designed for students who devote part of their lives to sports.
