Pre-Sessional English Programmes

We offer a fantastic range of Pre-Sessional English Programmes if English is not your first language. The courses have been specially designed to develop your English language and study skills so that you achieve your full potential in your studies at Huddersfield and your future career.

Courses run between 4 weeks and 12 weeks depending on your prior level of English, and there are two sets of intakes that allow for degree start dates in September or January.

Meet the English language requirements for your chosen degree course without re-taking IELTS on successful completion of the programme.

Expand your English language and confidence in order to maximise your study experience.

Build the critical and analytical skills demanded by UK Higher Education.

Adapt to your new home and surroundings so you can be prepared at the start of your degree.
