• Kentucky Supreme Court Rule 3.663 permits Kentucky attorneys to earn up to six (6) hours of mandatory CLE credit toward the satisfaction of their annual requirement by participating in accredited technologically transmitted activities. • The Self-Study Multimedia products in this brochure are only certified for credit through June 30, 2012. All CD orders, however, must be received by June 24, 2012. NO CLE CREDIT OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR COURSES NOT COMPLETED BY JUNE 30TH. • If you attended the live presentation of the program you are not permitted to claim credit for watching or listening to an audiovisual replay of that CLE presentation through these multimedia products. • High-speed internet access is required to stream audio and video or to download podcasts. For customers with low-speed dial-up or low-speed DSL, we recommend that audio CDs be purchased. The streaming products require the latest version of Windows Media Player, downloadable for free at www.windowsmediaplayer.com. The podcast files require iTunes to download, available free at www.itunes.com. An iPod is not necessary to play the files on your computer, but is recommended for portable playback.
