The Redlands MBA links theory and practical application of 21st century business skills to produce business leaders who positively impact business and society. MBA candidates will develop competencies in the areas of integrated problem solving, ethical decision-making, and location analytics. Throughout the program, candidates will sharpen their analytical and persuasive skills, and deepen their ability to work both collaboratively and entrepreneurially. Graduates of the program will contribute to society and organizations through an enhanced perspective, recognize the global and environment dimensions of business, and achieve a true understanding of the diversity of business, organizations, and people.

The School of Business & Society will carefully review your application with a holistic approach, recognizing that individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences can benefit from a graduate business education. We consider all elements of your application and may also take into account additional support such as test scores, life and work experiences, interviews, and letters of recommendation.
