Our Food Philosophy

We are passionate about food and believe in offering wholesome ingredients. Our program offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and healthy proteins sourced locally. We create seasonal menus and have special events in the dining hall each month to engage students in our dining program.

Sustainability

Being environmentally responsible is a commitment we take seriously. Providing great tasting food is our passion, but it takes a lot of energy (not to mention water, gas, and waste). Dining Services is committed to operating sustainably through recycling and minimizing waste.

Dietary Restrictions

We know how difficult it is to try and eat with dietary restrictions. To make your transition a little easier please contact us at cpadilla@questfms.com and we can discuss options to accommodate your needs.

Food Allergens

The top nine allergens in each food item will be visibly listed on each menu for students as they decide on their meal purchases. Visible icons will consistently inform students when and if a food item contains one of these eight allergens.

Please contact Dining Services if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Visit our website at usfdining.org for additional information, weekly menus, and specials around campus. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to receive up-to-date information.
