Read the qualifications below, then log into your MyMemphis account, and under the Student Pages tab select My Resources. On this page you will find the Housing Application Portal.

Housing Qualifications

Residence life is eligible to all UofM students during the same academic semester in which you are enrolled for at least 6 credit hours or have applied for admission. If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or guardian electronically sign the housing contract.

Cancellations

Should your housing plans change, cancellations made after the stated deadline will incur a $200 penalty. Cancellations made after move-in will incur an additional penalty.

Locked-in rates for eight consecutive semesters

TUITION CAP

Credit hours above 12 hours for undergraduate Tennessee residents and 10 hours for graduate Tennessee residents incur no additional charge

UNIFORM TUITION RATES

Traditional and online courses are offered at the same rate per credit hour
