Hotel Bendito is situated in the heart of the liveliness and exotic beaches of Puerto Rico. It’s aesthetics and energy attached to the beaches allows our hotel to stand out amongst our competitors. With that being said, Hotel Bendito provides not only a warm welcome in a friendly environment but it is followed by its immediate invitation to become involved in the fun. Services such as day clubs, pool parties and more allow a sense of community to be built amongst guests further enriching their stay. Guests will benefit from the familiarity with one another and will find themselves feeling as if they were traveling with friends to family. When one feels comfortable in their setting, then there is an allowance to let loose, look forward to our events and create fun memories.
A major goal for the Hotel includes translating connotations of high energy entertainment and excitement into the design and overall identity. Hotels that are bland have trouble connecting with customers who are looking for more specific accommodations. Guests pick hotels based on how they look, how they want to feel, and how they see a hotel. To successfully attract our targeted guests, the following sub goals also reveal importance:
• Emphasize the benefits and amenities that your hotel offers.
• Have a standing out factor or an edge over the competitors.
• Keep planners in mind and think how I can specifically motivate event organizers to reserve at the hotel.
• Gain recognition in the community.
• Make the hotel brand promise clear.

In its most basic form, color is all around us and is an important part of our everyday life. It should not go without saying that even the most hardened, cynical individual in the world can potentially be moved by simply taking the time to look at a colorful sunrise or sunset. For those who have a tendency to feel things deeply, merely looking at a sunrise or sunset can bring about a wealth of emotions that may be expressed in a variety of different ways. For that, the selection of the following colors inspired by the rising and setting of the sun is to reflect that truly magical experience that can take place at Hotel Bendito.

The primary text ‘All Round Gothic-Light’ was selected based on his contemporary style. The roundness of the bowls on letters compliment the organic shape of the sunsets incorporated in the logo. The lack of serifs further compliment the modern execution.
The secondary text “Casablanca URW- Medium’ was selected based on its more complimentary character. The elongated crossbars on letters provide a decorative element.

Puerto Rican beaches are a big inspiration behind the incorporation of the island symbolism. Here we have an individual relaxing in a hammock between two palm trees.

The use of white space cutting within the gradient sunset, incorporates the silhouette of a son to wrap around the island icon.
The gradient between Flush Pink and Sun Yellow mimic the sunsets found within a beach scenery.
