BIOGRAPHIES

David Roush is a first-year wind conducting master’s student at the University of Minnesota. Prior to his studies at Minnesota, he received a bachelor of music education degree at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His career began as a band director for grades 5-12 in Neoga, IL. where he taught for 5 years. He currently lives in Minneapolis. Preston Weber is a first-year wind conducting master’s student at the University of Minnesota. After graduating with a bachelor of music education from the University of Minnesota, he taught band and orchestra at Hill-Murray School in Maplewood, MN and conducted the Crosstown Community Band in Minneapolis. He lives in Roseville with his daughter and his wife, Olivia, a doctor of psychology candidate.

Shaun Evans is a first-year wind conducting doctoral student at the University of Minnesota. He received a master of music degree at the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor of arts degree at Georgia State University. His career began as a band director in Cobb County, Georgia, at Harrison High School. He currently lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Hannah, and two dogs.
