y obsession with streetwear stemmed from wanting to stand out during my teens. Going to an all girls secondary school, I wore Supreme tees and baggy fits on non uniform days despite being given the label ‘tomboy’ as it was what I felt most comfortable in. I tend to take inspiration from the skate scene in Bristol as well as using social media to keep updated with the aesthetics of each season.

ive years on, I have opened my own vintage shop ‘Garmden of Eden’ during my Gap Year to give me something which I can fully invest in, both financially and emotionally. I had prior experience in reselling streetwear on Depop during my teens, and so transferring these skills to a physical shop was challenging at times. I wanted to create a space that wasn’t just a clothes shop, but a place that was unconventional to the regency town of Cheltenham. The thrill of buying and selling vintage will continue to fuel the shop which is inclusive of both nationwide graffiti artists and local brands.

Megan Stevens / MLS - DJ and music producer studying Music Business at University. I’ve loved music since I was a child but I really started to get into it from my early teens. My friends would get annoyed at me in my teen years as I used to listen to music so much I’d always have my headphones in and sort of lose myself in the music. I had a pretty rubbish time at secondary school and I wanted to pursue something that I knew I had a massive passion for which is why I made the big decision to start getting more involved with music by djing and enrolling onto a music production course in Bristol which in the end confirmed my love for it.

I did super well at the end of my BTEC course in music and thought I’d continue to push myself forward but more so in the business side of music as I wanted a more diverse range of knowledge across the industry especially as I love running music events and working at festivals which is why I decided to start the BA music business course at Gloucestershire uni.

Charles,22 is a Recording Artist From Nigeria. His inspiration comes From Living across the World. Being born in Nigeria was a stark difference to living in the uk. Since I was a child I have been constantly surrounded by music of my home country. What I aim to do when I’m making music is to tell a story. I have lived in many places since leaving Nigeria when I was around 7 years old. My main musical influences are producer and beat-maker KAYTRANADA and Kanye west. I started making music when I was 12 years old. First looking into famous samples and rapping over them. My latest EP will be available early January 2021 I would say my sound is a fusion of Funk/soul and Hip hop combined into one sound.
