This opening session will review expectations within Pacific's residential communities and how we keep your students and our community safe. Staff will share suggestions on how parents and family members can support their students in living Pacific's values.

The undergraduate academic experience at Pacific is designed to make our students informed and engaged citizens who think critically, act ethically and communicate effectively. In this session, families will join breakout sessions with the school in which their students are enrolled. Your student's academic unit will describe academic life at Pacific, painting a picture of the exceptional learning opportunities awaiting them.

This session will provide an overview of how your students can utilize essential campus resources to achieve their academic, personal, professional and wellness goals. Learn how holistic approaches to student success inform our intervention and outreach practices and enable us to better support your student, by helping them to navigate university systems and make lasting connections with their peers.

2–2:50pm | Faye Spanos Concert Hall Families will engage with Financial Aid and Student Accounts representatives to learn how their students can access university services and to get answers to questions about financial aid requirements, payment plans, billing, tips for financial literacy and more!
