Mental health and wellness are important aspects of your holistic health and intersect with many other facets of your student experience. This session will provide and opportunity for international students to connect with staff to answer questions and provide resources. Students will learn how to access the appointment and referral system and discover ways they can achieve their wellness goals throughout college.

Pacific is a community whose members watch out for each other. The Dean of Students office will facilitate conversations about topics surrounding personal safety, consent, advocacy and how students can practice active bystander intervention in everyday scenarios.

In this session, international students will get an overview of academic culture in America and how to achieve success in their academic programs at Pacific.

UNDERSTANDING PACIFIC'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROCESS AND HEALTH PORTAL

Pacific’s Health Services team will lead this session to discuss the university’s health insurance and immunization requirements, provide resources to support wellbeing on campus and guide students in an overview of navigating the health systems in the United States.
