Biography Katlego Kekana, better known by his stage name “Kay-Dersh” is a hip-hop artist who takes pride in his craft of rapping and being a co-producer. Born in Zebediela, Limpopo and raised in the town of Hammanskraal, Gauteng as a 15 year old who just started his high school journey, he started listening to hip hop quite often which is when he started loving hip hop more and wanting to be a part of the hip hop industry. As an upcoming artist, he started performing and making music as a hip-hop artist, till he decided that moving forward, he wants to be an independent artist and start his own record label in June 2019. He is the sole owner of the record label “Paramount Ace World” and which he recently released a single under the label titled “Madibas” and its music video which was released in March 2020 on YouTube reached 10,689 views on YouTube after a month of its release. Since he started his career, Kay-Dersh has performed at some events, such as the Affiliate Launch App in Johannesburg, 94 Juta Street which had big acts such as; Caiiro. In 2019, he released a single titled “Dust” which got playlisted in local and national radio stations such as Alex FM and Thobela FM, it’s music video also reached 12 653 views of YouTube six months after its release. He has worked with other producers in the industry such as; Gontse Mogaila who has also worked with the likes of DR Malinga. Kay-Dersh is working on releasing a few singles to come this year under his record label, PAW which he will also be focusing on growing as a brand so that more people pay recognition to the label. He is planning on growing the brand of PAW through the use of various merchandise, such as clothing etc.

The match came after my wife QUEEN KR KAMANGO as my PR manager and heading Communication at DRENCKOLISER ENTERTAINMENT and the MKHMA CEO Perfecta Malinga had a meeting and they both decided to join forces and lead a March as women in the entertainment industry. They are strong heads and they drafted a memorandum on femicides, GBV, abuse in the entertainment industry to give to the office of the minister. my wife also being a full-time activist I saw it necessary for me to help as a male in society, as a husband to a survivor and father to our children. I grew up in an area where Domestic violence was a norm and it had a huge impact in my upbringing. I believe our women should be treated with respect, love and dignity. It cannot be correct that women are empowered and yet we still abuse them. Men should treat their girlfriends, wives the way they would want to their daughters or sisters or mothers to be treated.

2. What are you currently busy with?
Boitumelo means happiness, and through that I am led to believe that a name has an impact in one’s life hence I have dedicated my life to bringing happiness to other people’s lives. Boitumelo is full of energy and positivity because I believe in order to make it in life, one must acquire a mindset that is full of positive thinking. Boitumelo is full of determination and highly driven to aspire for greater things. Hence, I live by two principles which is to stay confident and committed in everything I do. Hence this day, I’m a young lady who’s passionate and my passion lies in: Education, the fight against Gender-based violence, Women Empowerment, the fight against children abuse and the idea of following your dreams.
I am a Miss teenager SA finalist 2020 currently I am looking forward to taking the crown! I am an activist and I am passionate about certain things which people normally think you should be a victim of. I am currently fighting against Gender-based violence with an NPO kopano manyago (KMGC) and Youth for Survival. The event will be held on Mandela day (18 July) at Church Square 10am. Our aim is to raise awareness for Gender-based violence and get funding for Women’s shelters. I am visiting women’s shelters and orphanages to lend a helping. When I visit these people, I always reassure them that this is not the last time they will see me.
3. Why are you doing it? I am doing this because I know the importance of giving, I give not because I have much, but I know how it feels to have nothing. I am doing this because I want to be a voice to the voiceless, I am doing this to uplift our women and future stars. I am doing this to be remembered for the person that made a huge change
4. What is the outcome that you are looking for? I would like to become the next Miss Teenager South Africa. I am seeking your votes because this crown will ensure that I boldly advocate for my sisters, mothers and make sure that they live in a better society. And through this Gender-based Violence Campaign we want to reach out to 1 million men to make a change by asking them to donate R5 that will be going to a shelter for Women and Children.

My name is Thando Dlamini born in 2001 in Ncala Section a township in Katlehong. When I was 7 years old doing grade 1 in Intokozo Primary School I use to look at my dad’s drawings and I started developing love for Art. At the age of 8 I started creating my own art, expressing myself in drawing. Well I became obsessed with drawing, I did it during a lesson at school and it got me in trouble more than once. As time went, I developed new skills, I even learned to draw using my mobile phone creating digital art. Even though I don't have support from my parents I still love art. I'm a really shy person I don't know how to start a conversation with anyone not even my own family that's why I don't even have friends. I spend most of my days either drawing, playing video games or studying. My dream is to become an animator or a well-known artist.

He can harness passion and enthusiasm; he can make what seems useless be useful. from the child who plays Diketo (Indigenous game) to the professional that speaks to thousands on the national radio. He is all-rounder and can put all this aspect of arts into one dish. He can perform, shape, direct and dance. The acting bug bit Hosea in the early 2000 while he was still in Primary taking part in dramas and art sessions, mainly focus then was poetry, writing and drawing than acting itself. He grew up a visionary. He dreamt of art as a whole than any professions teachers and parents would speak of. The movement that launched his love for media and theatre was Dare to dream Movement which opened all the possibilities he never thought existed. He is a choreographer, poet, camera and video freak. The theatre he joined in 2011 assisted him more in managing all this aspect of abilities, it helped him to fuse all this element without sabotaging the other. Poetry blended good with music and dance, as well as drawing simplified what he was saying through words. There is more into this artist than just performing. He directed, Shot and edited a hip-hop Music Video for the local group called D.W.D and directed a short film for the same group and everything let to another. Hosea also done development work with Word on The Move, Mission Blow Up Movement and Founded 412 Movement and Breetainment a company for Arts, Media, Fashion and Entrepreneurship. I can say if as man we also be go getters as females, we can also be on that level, it takes one to get more opportunities by hustling all de time so yes, we do. If you could change one thing in the modeling industry what would it be and why? The attitude towards models. As a model you should always expecting anything. What effect do the lockdown have on you as a model? To boost my social media by entering online competitions that was not aware of but because of lock down now I know more of social media stuff concerning modeling. What are your plans for 2020? 2. What are you currently busy with? I'm currently busy with charity events, working on rebranding myself in terms of the sound and the concepts of the content I produce. I’m still also working with an ep. 3. Why are you doing it? Reason is, we are driven to the wrong direction as the youth and we are not United, you can imagine how will the next generation be. So, me having to give out food, clothes etc. to those who are homeless, I’m trying to show people that material things have no value over life so let's unit in this Covid pandemic.
4. What is the outcome you looking forward to? Seeing people getting together and them noticing the value of life 5. What can people help you achieve that outcome? By stopping all the ignorance but bringing the beauty spirit of 'UBUNTU' back, because now people are lost, I still have the faith that all can go to place but all I ask for from my brothers, let's respect, love each other and unit.

1. Who is Nontando? I'm Nontando Mbembeni. A 24-year-old model trying to make a living out of it but I'm still growing from this each day. I'm a final year student at Cput, I am doing public administration in governance. I'm live in Langa, Cape Town. 2. How is the Covid19 pandemic affecting you as a South African model?
5. We recently read about a 14year old who was raped by a photographer in one of the leading newspapers, how do you make sure you are safe when you go to shoots? I’m so sad that such is happening in our industry. Whenever I get a gig to work on, I first search if its legit and how far it is from me. I'm a woman and there's no woman that is safe in this world that we live in. I make such a check the photographer’s references, how people recommend the photographer and how professionally they work, so that I can be safe.
Well it has affected me so bad because I must find other things to do besides modeling and academics and those are the things, I enjoy doing the most. I could only do one my hobby over this lockdown which is reading books since I couldn't go for shoots, all my shoot dates were cancelled, and some were postponed. But I have hope that when this is over, it’s going to feel like a brand-new world despite what is happening now
3. How do you keep in shape? I believe that the petite shape is in my genes because I'm not someone that goes to the gym. I'm been always a petite shape, but I've started exercising since it's lockdown because I don’t have things to do lately.
4. Who is your role model and why? My role model is Mother Theressa. A nun woman that was so kind and generous to everyone. Her kindness is worth to be praised because she has touched hearts and have changed lives.

6. How is the modeling industry in Cape Town? It’s a big industry with a lot competition that is tiring. Some get recognized, some do not. I believe that everyone has the potential to make a good model and modeling has been nothing but fun to me. 7. What is the first thing you want to do as soon as the Covid19 pandemic is over? 9. What advice would you give a young woman who wants to be a model? I'll advise them to do modeling as their passion because it requires patience and you must know you not going to be always a winner, but you are not a looser just because you didn't take the crown yet. Your time is coming and expect new faces and new talents in this industry that's the art of modeling.
