The University Student Council of the University of the Philippines presents the University Student Council Financial Statements for the Period Ending December 31, 2014. The financial report is presented in accordance with the USC Constitution and in substantial compliance with the documentation, presentation and reporting requirements of the University Financial Transparency Reporting Standards (UFTRS) created by the USC Finance Committee (Term 2013 - 2014) and the UPJPIA Accounting Services Ad Hoc.
These Financial Statements uphold the University Student Council's continuing commitment to transparency and accountability as espoused by the USC's Diliman for Responsible Accounting and Financial Transparency Initiative. May these Statements encourage our fellow student councils and organizations to practice transparency and accountability with regard to their constituents.
