Recruitment OVERALL CLIENT PROFILING (OCP) Our executive search journey starts with an important step. At AasiaT, our experienced recruitment consultants will seek to gather as much information as possible about our clients pertaining the business nature, products and services, vision, mission, values, work culture and specific information about the job orders shared by the client. Being a boutique search firm, AasiaT maintains specific parameters in terms of the number of clients we work with under each industry segment. This allows us better options in terms of talent scouting and in refining our search without compromising our non-solicitation agreements with clients. Each assignment starts with the engagement of carefully selected clients. During the initial stage, we will work closely with the Client to understand the specific role requirements of each assignment, giving special focus to the work culture, business environment and other factors which will impact the search.
TALENT MAPPING & PROFILE AUDIT Our team members will conduct an internal talent mapping using the resources from our proprietary database, industry networking and other search tools to narrow the search process and source for relevant profiles that match the search criteria. As soon as we are able to determine that a candidate meets the specified selection criteria, an in-depth assessment is done via phone and this is followed by face to face interviews. Only qualified candidates will be shared further details of the role, the Client and other information relevant to the candidate. Aasiat will ensure that the Client’s confidentiality is maintained at all times unless specified otherwise by the Client or in the event a suitable candidate has been identified. We evaluate each candidate against technical expertise, communication ability, achievements and personality to ensure that we present the best fit to meet the Client’s needs.

PROFILE PRESENTATION Each suitable profile is presented to the Client in a clear manner so that essential information are highlighted for immediate references. Feedback from the Client at this stage is critical for us to move to the next stage.
INTERVIEW & CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT Once the client specifies an interest to interview the candidate presented by us, we will proceed to make the required arrangements to facilitate the meet up. In addition, we will also assist in conducting reference checks and other assessments (as required by the client)
CLOSING We will assist the Client to negotiate on offers made to the preferred candidate. On the other hand, if a candidate presented by us is unsuccessful, we will notify the candidate accordingly. As part of our extended services to the Client, Aasiat will continue to follow up with the Client on the performance of the candidate.
