Market wrap The property market into the first quarter of 2022 saw a slight shift compared to last year however, the overall demand for property has remained strong. We saw an increase in properties come to market over the last few months reducing some of the competition that occurred last year. More properties on the market were met by new buyers who are continuing to move to the Northern Beaches for a better lifestyle. We are seeing many buyers from out of area, especially from the Eastern Suburbs & Upper North Shore, keen to purchase with high budgets.

With borders reopening, expats moving home and interstate buyers returning to the market, we expect to see sustained demand across the Northern Beaches.
