The Northern Beaches saw exponential growth in 2021 with property prices across the region increasing 30% on average. Although the market softened in 2022 with drops around 10% - 20%, we’ve moved towards ‘a balanced market’. Narrabeen experienced the lesser effect of this and held property value better than neighbouring comparative markets. Driving this stability is buyers from out of area continuing to show strong interest and current stock levels at a low.

Lachlan might be well rewarded but he certainly earnt it at our auction last night! 3 registered bidders left with flat hands and sore necks after continually declining to bid at a fair market price. Lachlan then worked the phone and registered another party split between Tasmania and Italy. 5 solid hours later the same night he closed a deal at the pre-auction interest level. Results like that only come via a reputation and trust level with both buyers and sellers built up over 25 years.
