Your FAQ’s. Answered. 1. How much does your service cost? Nothing! Upstate’s Property Concierge is a complimentary service, here to make your life easier and your property work for you. Our aim is to help you increase the value without you having to lift a finger. How good does that sound?
2. How much control do I have during this service? As much as you would like! We’re happy to keep you in the loop throughout every step, or you can be “hands-off” if you prefer. Some of our clients set a budget and tell us to tell them when it’s done. Others love to be involved. You decide!
3. How do I enlist your service? All you have to do is ask! Just reach out to our team and they’ll put you in touch with your concierge, who will look after you throughout the whole journey.
4. Is there anything you don’t do? We cover any service you need for your property. There is no job too small (such as a simple paint or cleaning project) or too big (like a full renovation).
