GARVAN WOODLAND GARDENS in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is about to come alive with color! Hundreds of thousands of tulips, dogwoods and azaleas will burst forth from their winter hibernation to create the largest display of color between Dallas and Memphis. The tulip extravaganza, which begins in March and continues through April, will also showcase thousands of crocus, daffodils, and hyacinths!
