MMRDA launched metro train services on 20-km stretch of Mumbai Metro’s Line 2A & 7 After 8 years of wait, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) launched commercial services of metro trains on the 20-km elevated stretch of Mumbai Metro's Line 2A (Dahisar to Dhanukar Wadi) & Line 7 (Aarey to Dahisar) on the eve of Gudi Padwa (April 2, 2022).
Vikas Kumar takes charge of 3rd Managing Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) 1988-batch IRTS Officer & Director (Operations), Vikas Kumar assumed the charge of Managing Director of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) with effect from April 1, 2022. His appointment on this post was made by Delhi Government after superannuation of Dr. Mangu Singh on March 31, 2022. 08
