The COLUMBUS, OHIO BROTHERS BETA OMICRON SIGMA (BOS) CHAPTER SHOWED UP IN LARGE NUMBERS

The Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc held its 2023 International Conclave in Houston, TX July 11-16 This conclave is heralded as the largest attended in history. They celebrated the bond of brotherhood and accomplished a great deal of work They adopted their 2040 Strategic Plan, and re-elected International President Chris V Rey, JD, to a second term, the Columbus chapter BOS is the chapter of the Honorable Brother Dr Carter D Womack who served as our 27th and 29th International President of Sigma and the 28th National President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council

The Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity from the State of Ohio were well-represented, with men from Beta Omicron Sigma (BOS-Alumni), Rho Chi Sigma (Alumni), and Delta Omicron Sigma (Collegiate Chapter at The Ohio State University) in attendance Brother Christopher Scott of The Ohio State University was awarded the highest collegiate honor, being inducted into the Alain Leroy Locke Honor Society, and the Beta Omicron Sigma chapter was recognized for their work with BlackOwned Businesses and the National BUY-BLACK Programs

As the Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc returns to Central Ohio, they are driven to be change agents and embody their Motto of "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity" and continue to promote Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service!
