POST-GRADUATION STATUS Information obtained about graduates from the previous graduating class is compiled and presented each year in the Ursinus College Post-Graduate Destination Report. This report provides detailed information on employment patterns and graduate/professional school placements for the Class of 2015. Sources of information for this report include graduate self-reports (i.e., written survey, online survey, phone survey, and email), social media and faculty reports of student status. In recognition of the growing importance of institutional outcomes assessment, the National Association of Colleges and Employers has established national standards and protocols to guide higher education institutions in collecting and disseminating data on career outcomes of graduates. To comply with these new national standards, we were required to change our timeline for data collection and reporting. The new standards provide a common deadline and consistent metric to be used in reporting and comparing summary outcomes from higher education institutions across the country. We are now collecting data six months after graduation rather than 12 months after graduation. We anticipate an earlier data collection deadline will affect outcomes data. Information for the Class of 2015 report is based on data collected by December 31, 2015 with a knowledge rate of 87%1. The Ursinus career outcomes rate is 94%.2 The information below depicts the post-graduation status of 313 members of the Class of 2015. For a breakdown according to major, please see Appendix A.

Of these graduates 3% reported that they were awarded graduate assistantships and 12% reported that they were awarded scholarships or fellowships.
