www.OpRisingStar.com The 2013 Operation Rising Star Competition is looking for talented vocalists, 18 years or older who are Active Duty, National Guard or Reserve from any branch of U.S. Service, or a Family Member with a valid military ID Card. Contestants will compete for 1st Place ($500), 2nd Place ($250) and 3rd Place ($100) with a chance to represent the Korean peninsula and participate at the Army-wide Finals for a Grand Prize professional recording studio experience valued at $18,700. Units and FRGs are also eligible to compete for $300 as "the best supportive unit or FRG" with prize winnings transferred to Unit or FRG funds.
