If you are living a healthier lifestyle and watching your diet closely, you’ll only need to repeat the program every 6 months.

Sticking to portion-controlled meal replacements for one or two meals a day has been shown to be effective in weight management, but the caloric amount of Nutrimeal may not be sufficient for those who are very active or exercise rigorously.
