The COMPENSATION PLAN for

Real Residual Income The USANA Compensation Plan encourages teamwork and ensures a fair share of reward among Distributors—the best way to build solid, residual income. After completing an application and purchasing a Starter Kit, you become eligible to earn a commission when you accumulate 200 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) through orders for your customers and for yourself. Sales Volume generated by ALL Distributors and Preferred Customers on your left and right side counts, irrespective of how many levels of referrals, and no matter where in the world the volume comes from.

You benefit even if Sales Volume comes from deep down your team structure.

5. Our Globally-Seamless Plan greatly expands your growth potential.

Here’s another great feature of the plan: Sales Volume that is not matched and paid out in commission rolls over to the following week (Fig 1), unlike most plans which wipe clean all volume at the end of each month.

7. We Can’t Get Any Fairer.

Distributors take turns being upline and downline of one another.

3. Lifetime Matching Bonus If you help people you sponsor to a fast start in their USANA business, you will be rewarded with a lifetime match of their weekly commission (CVP). Auto Order Maxed Business Centre Commission Every Business Centre you max out with at least 5,000 Group Sales Volume per side in Auto Orders will receive an additional 25% CVP payout. This means your total payout for that Business Centre would be 1,250 CVP, instead of 1,000 CVP. 7. Elite Bonus It’ll be a while yet before you earn this. But each quarter, 1% of the global Sales Volume is divided among the global Top 40 income earners of the previous quarter to reward their outstanding achievements.

You can choose to fast-track your success by opening three Business Centres at once. As Fig 2 illustrates, this option can double your commission potential for the same amount of effort. To go for this large-business option, simply accumulate 400 PSV within the first six Fridays of your enrollment.
