Established by the Borchard Foundation in recognition of Dr. Willard Beling and his wife Betty Beling’s outstanding service to both the University of Southern California and Borchard, this award provides financial assistance to upper level undergraduate and/or graduate students studying international relations.

Melissa Finney Award for Overseas Study

General Dornsife Scholarship and Fellowship Funds

Established by USC alumna Melissa Finney, this award supports students who demonstrate the ability or desire to further the interests of African Americans in the field of overseas studies. The recipients must be full-time students with a major or minor in the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and who are enrolled in a semester or year-long USC-approved Overseas Studies program. To be awarded spring 2015.
