Alissa Lieppman brings 19+ years of experience in consulting, digital marketing, strategy development and team culture initiatives. After 10 seasons of building a consulting group in support of 32 NFL clubs through the rise of digital and social media, she pivoted into a leadership role focused on people and strategic operations in early 2020. Core areas include advancements in internal communications and processes, DE&I programs, workplace experience, and partnership with staff and senior leaders to champion key initiatives, including the office relocation efforts for 1K staff into NFL’s new Inglewood office.
Osahon Tongo (M.F.A. Cinematic Arts ‘16)
Producer, Original Content Group
Osahon Tongo is a Nigerian-American filmmaker from Naperville, Illinois. Tongo is a producer in the NFL Original Content Group. Prior to joining the NFL, he was Second Unit Director and Director’s assistant on Netflix’s They Cloned Tyrone. Tongo joined the WGA as a staff writer on BET’s Birth Of Cool. He is a Ryan Murphy Half Foundation Directing Fellow, an Annenberg Foundation Fellow and an NFL Films Fellow. His experience extends beyond traditional formats into virtual reality and museum installations. Tongo earned an MFA from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts film production program and a BS in Management from Georgia Tech, where he was a defensive end on the ACC champion football team.
Josh Tucker (B.A. Annenberg ‘11)

Josh Tucker is the Vice President, Social Programming and Emerging Platforms for the National Football League. Prior to returning to the NFL in 2021, Josh worked as the Senior Digital of Social and Digital Partnerships at Endeavor bringing innovative digital and social media activations to the company's diverse portfolio of Sports and Entertainment properties and clients including UFC, WME, IMG Media, PBR and World’s Strongest Man.

Cultural Content Strategist & Host for El Snap NFL
Elisa Hernandez is a bilingual host, producer, editor and 2x Emmy Award winner, born and raised in Los Angeles. Elisa is the digital host, producer and content strategist at NFL Media. In 2021, she became the digital host and helped launch the NFL's only U.S. Latino Instagram account, ElSnapNFL. She graduated from USC in 2014 and is entering her 7th season at NFL Media. She is also the in-stadium host for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
