A short follow-up survey was sent to all CRWL graduates (February 2020 - September 2022 cohorts (N = 165).

50% of respondents said their department had a remote work environment that enabled hiring remote workers prior to course enrollment.
75% of respondents indicated that more than half of their employees currently work remotely.
