All Women in Leadership Certificate classes are taught within a cohort. When you apply, you commit to the dates below within the cohort you apply for. All Women in Leadership Certificate classes are in person, with online pre- and post-work.

Classes include: Leveraging Your Conflict Style and Being Assertive, Mindfulness and Interpersonal Effectiveness, Charting Your Path to Strategic Leadership, Power of Communication: Let’s Talk Negotiating, Developing Your Coaching Leadership Style, Finding Your Authentic Voice, and Develop Your Executive Presence: Express Your Authentic Voice Taught by: Jennifer Cummings, Ph.D; Georgi Rausch, Ph.D; Heidi Herrick, Ph.D; Katie Liljenquist, Ph.D; and Kate Cañas, Ph.D.

All our online classes are delivered on demand, so you can star t any time. You will have 15 weeks to complete the class from the time you register. Please see below for the expected time commitment.
