– Good to Excellent range (>= 65%) in the subcategories: 40% missing the expectation of 70%

Plan(s) for the upcoming year

Based on the identified outcomes; include conclusions and recommendations.

• The strategic plan subcommittee needs to meet to create a plan to improve results or maintain excellence across all subcategories; and to create a recommendations and commendations document

• Present data to institutional stakeholders

• Publically release the Great Colleges to Work for Data on the IR website
