COMPENSATION Compensation has recently completed updating the forms used for the annual Performance Evaluation. Key additions are the replacement of Adaptability and Flexibility with Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity. HR has also added a new Key Elements Form that serves as a guide for supervisors/ managers completing evaluations.
this time HR leadership is meeting with leadership from each individual college and unit to discuss how the project’s new market ranges and job family classifications will affect employees within their specific departments. The target date for implementation of the new market ranges is January 1.

YOUR 2020 WELLNESS PROGRAM INCENTIVE DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 30TH!
Each year The State of TN encourages employees to take charge of their health. Managing your health and receiving preventive health care helps you meet your health goals. To earn up to $500 per household (employee and spouse) you must meet the wellness requirements and complete the following: $50 Annual physical/Biometric Screening Must print your Biometric Screening form at Quest Diagnostics Earn up to an additional $200 by participating in any additional wellness programs. The 2020 Wellness Incentive chart outlines your options. Employees can visit UHS to receive their Biometric Screening! University Health Services will be providing FREE biometric wellness screenings of your height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose (sugar) levels from now through November 13, 2020! To schedule an appointment, call 901.448.5630 or request an appointment via the patient portal link at uthsc.edu/ health-services/home. UHS is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and closed daily from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. Incentive pay will be paid to your paycheck
