The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Music is the cultural leader of the Rio Grande Valley and is led by nationally and internationally recognized professors, UT System Regents Outstanding Educators, and Apple Distinguished Educators known for their abilities to guide students to high achievements and professional success. We are home to over 400 music students and 54 faculty who are engaging in research, creative works, performing, and receiving recognition throughout Europe, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and across the United States.
