An initiative of Hawk Education Trust to bring together mentors and recruiters from the industry to identify, train and deploy potential candidates from engineering ,arts and science streams. This initiative is to address the need gap of student, institution and industry.
OVERVIEW A Career Development programme that integrates self-development and experiential learnings from the mentors and industry experts from a practical perspective. The programme is focused on building skills and capabilities through foundational learning, workspace learning and reinforced learning. The foundational learning is focused on self-development and communication competencies. The workspace learning is focused on developing industry related competencies. The reinforced learning is focused on strengthening the learnings during the period of internship / traineeship.The learning sessions are scheduled only during weekends, public holidays and vacation to ensure academic / work schedule is not interrupted.

INDUSTRY
PROGRAMME OUTCOME The programme will enable the candidate to gain industry insights & realistic perspectives about career profiles and the capabilities required to move from the campus to corporate. The experiential learning process will enable the candidate to delightfully realize the various stages of learning cycle and enhances the academic learnings enabled by practical learning. The programme will also establish the importance of being a doer, to start with and to lead into a career as a thinking doer.
SELECTION PROCESS & ELIGIBILITY The selection process requires the candidate to take up a career fitness assessment followed by a personal interview. The shortlisted candidate by the jury remains final.

10. Focused on strengthening the learnings during the period of internship / traineeship with the support of working industry leaders and young alumnus who has moved from campus to corporate.
MENTORS The programme is designed and delivered by the experienced mentors from various industries, having experience as visiting faculties in institutions.
INDUSTRY VERTICALS The programme will enable the candidates to explore job roles in the following industry verticals:

CAREER KICKSTARTER The candidate is required to take up career fitness assessment that would lead to intern or trainee opportunity for 12 to 24 weeks in a selective company that matches the skills and career opportunities in the following workspaces:

CAREER FITNESS ASSESSMENT - PRE TRAINING Induction to corporate world: The candidate is put through a career fitness assessment tool for his/her character and skill understanding that helps in the process of counseling with professionals towards career building.
TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS The evaluated candidate are brought under three categories namely management trainee, executive trainee, and intern levels. Separate programmes are offered based on their levels of competency.
ENABLING CAREER FITNESS Foundational Learning : The candidate go through a rigorous foundational learning programme in the areas of 1. Communication skills 2. Ethics and values 3. Attitude and behavior Workspace learning ; To gain industry insights, the candidate goes through the workspace learning that enables the candidates to learn about the following workspaces : 1. Sales and Distribution 2. Marketing and Branding GAINING INDUSTRY AWARENESS 3. Production and Operations 4. Retail and Consumer Behaviour 5. Logistics and Supply Chain 6. Data Analysis using MS Excel

FITTING INTO WORKSPACE Reinforced learning : During the internship or traineeship, the candidate undergoes an internsive reinforced learning programme that leads to a pre-placement offer.
EMPOWERED TO DEPLOY ONESELF The overall programme is targetted towards empowering the candidate to either outperform others during campus placements or find a suitable working space oneself rightfully.
