Great value • No hassle • Amazing itineraries • You deserve this!
Dear UW Alumni and Friends, People always ask what we enjoy most about working within the alumni travel business. The opportunity to see exciting places and meet wonderful new friends are favorites, but we agree it’s the value we give our travelers that really stands out. Knowing that our trips make lasting memories and bring incredible joy to our alumni and friends is why we are proud to be involved with UW Alumni Tours. Every detail is taken care of for you, which makes traveling with UW Alumni Tours a breeze. All you have to do is relax and have fun. Plus, there’s the educational part of our tours. You don’t just “see” places, you learn about their historical and cultural background. This year, we are thrilled about our first trip to Libya (accompanied by a UW professor), a new safari itinerary (Africa’s Wildlife), and the new Colonial South tour that focuses on southern U.S. history. Each itinerary has been carefully planned so that you get the most out of each destination. You’ll experience things you will remember forever, and you’ll do it all with fellow Huskies and UW friends. Of course, you do not have to be a UW graduate to travel with us. The more, the merrier. Please contact either of us if you have any questions. We are here to help and are working hard to bring you the best travel experiences. Best,
Pauline Ranieri

Who Can Travel With Us?
Who can travel with UW Alumni Tours? Every tour is open to UW alumni, their families, and friends of the University of Washington. You do not have to be a UW graduate or even have attended the UW to participate in our tours. But the travel program is a benefit of UW Alumni Association membership, so it is required that one person per reservation be a member of the UWAA.
Do I need a roommate? A limited number of single spaces are available on a firstcome, first-served basis, for an additional fee. Due to limited availability, we encourage single travelers to sign up early. You also have the option of letting us know that you’d be interested in sharing a room (and save having to pay the single supplement). We’ll let you know if we have another single traveler looking for a roommate.
FAMILY VACATION
Share the fun with your family
There’s nothing like traveling with your family. We’re all so busy but getting together for this tour was a highlight of our year. It’s like we never missed a beat. Going abroad and experiencing new things, new foods and new sights with the family was a once-in-a-lifetime feeling. Thank you!
