We also provide one-to-one appointments by telephone or you can access our e-guidance (guidance by email) service on our website. *Recent Graduates are those who have graduated within the last two years.

Employability Events & Workshops A variety of events and workshops are held throughout the year and across the four campuses, covering a wide range of topics and including employer events. These vary by campus and up to date listings can be found on our Vacancies & Events site at www.uws.prospects.ac.uk
Your Careers Appointment is an opportunity to discuss your career ideas and plans with an experienced adviser on a confidential one-toone basis.
Vacancies As well as our online vacancies service, we also have many links to other sources of vacancies, and we can provide assistance with effective jobhunting. And also remember that it does not have to be a “one-off” event — you are welcome to visit us again to discuss things further. How can you prepare? Make best use of your appointment by starting to think about yourself in relation to career ideas. For example:
• Interests - What do you enjoy doing? What part of your studies has
interested you most?
• Motivations - What would motivate you in a job? Is it using your degree
subject? Is it working with people? Is it financial success?
• Skills - What skills would you like to use in a job? Are your strengths
