Context. The country’s fastestgrowing company in 2020, Hasin Holding, wanted a workplace tailored to that need. The acquired 9-story building offered flat spaces for a flexible office. However, the main burden was the need for more shared space. Design Concept. The fourth floor is dedicated to the play and dining area in response to the need for shared spaces. Also, the floors’ northern sections were designed as rest areas with various layouts connected with a staircase. The modular furniture and office spaces facilitate rapid changes in the holdings’ start-ups.
Project Details. The building has a total capacity of 400 employers; right now, five start-ups are working there. The design and construction of the project were simultaneous, and the whole process took eleven months. The Revit model was 5D.
