Toxic Mornings No More! We tend to get caught up in our own cycles of aberrant rest and activity based on our work schedules or other urgent aspects running our lives. In ancient cultures, most rituals were all about remembering and re-aligning ourselves with the changing cycles of time and Nature, so that we could get full benefit in our lives. Forgetting or ignoring the seasonal cycles in Nature and in our bodies can result in challenges (physical, mental, emotional) in our activities.
