HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE Vail 路 Beaver Creek is the only location in North America to host three Championships - 1989, 1999 and 2015. The 2015 event is the fourth Championships ever held in the U.S. The Alpine World Ski Championships are the most significant winter sports and skiing event in the world, second only to the Winter Olympics.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Oakley at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships As one of the Official Supplier sponsors of the 2015 AWSC, Oakley will have the ability to repeatedly engage with a highly qualified, active demographic of global consumers during the most significant winter sporting event outside of the Winter Olympic Games.

This epic celebration of skiing and mountain lifestyle will provide Oakley with unique and engaging opportunity to provide value to current Oakley customers while also connecting with qualified consumers on-site and online. VVF‘s goal is to provide Oakley with an integrated partnership package that focuses on unique consumer interaction across multiple venues, product integration, athlete ambassadorship & a social media sweepstakes spanning the entire 2014/2015 winter ski season. Upon execution Oakley will leave a lasting and impactful message on the WASC and its millions of viewers/attendees.


Oakley Integration & Touchpoints: VENUES As the Official Sunglass and Goggle Sponsor, Oakley will have the opportunity to engage with consumers throughout the day across multiple venues. 1.

Beaver Creek Race Stadium: 10 of the 11 Men’s & Ladies races occur here. Stadium consists of public viewing space, public grandstands (~3,500 seats) plus standing spectator platforms holding up to another 2,000 people, Platinum, Gold and Silver VIP venues; 2,100 people per day, International Sponsors and select National Sponsors will have activation areas, Press Center. Public concession and sponsor village activation s.

Sponsor to receive eleven (11) Silver level VIP tickets for use during Event. Maximum of four (4) VIP tickets may be used on any one day. Sponsor may purchase from VVF additional Silver level VIP Tickets up to a maximum of six (6).

Sponsor to receive Lift access good for skiing or snowboarding at Vail/Beaver Creek during the event window for 4 people.

Sponsor to receive four (4) tickets valid for use at select ancillary and or cultural events which require paid ticket entry.

Sponsor to receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Opening Ceremonies (*if event is ticketed).

Ability to use the “Grandview Room” in Lionshead for a private event on one (1) TBD Day/Night (subject to availability)

Press Center Integration: Oakley to have the ability to set up a display kiosk showcasing the new Prism technology and products within both the domestic and international press centers. Size and location of Kiosk to be determined at sole discretion of VVF.

On Site Activation: Oakley to have the ability to set up the “Rolling O Lab” in Avon at the Official “Apres Avon” event each day from 1:30pm – 5pm. Apres Avon will be an animated daily festival scene with music, entertainment, animation, food and drink as well as a Audi Winter driving experience. Oakley to also have the ability to have a 10x10 tent in select TBD locations to include Vail Village, Golden Peak & Beaver Creek Village. Exact locations of 10x10 and dates are TBD and require VVF approval.

Athlete Activations: Should Oakley plan to host an athlete signing or athlete-event in the Oakley store (or similar) during the Championships, VVF will provide marketing support across all relevant digital/social marketing channels.

Custom Event Goggles: Oakley will have the option to produce a 2015 branded goggle product using the official mark. Such merchandise will have to go through the official/exclusive merchandise retail partner of VVF. Locations for sales of 2015 branded goggles will be in various locations to include the official online store and the official merch venues at both the BC stadium & Solaris Plaza


INVESTMENT  Cash Investment: $100,000 USD cash investment for 2015 Eyewear Designation and aforementioned benefits.  In Kind Trade: Oakley to provide VVF with $10,000 in wholesale inkind trade value for Oakley product to be used for various gifting and promotional efforts *Sponsor responsible for branding and activation costs and their own lodging during the Event. **Official apparel sponsor J Lindeberg is outfitting all event volunteers with Goggles
